Tracked monthly IPRS Documentation to ensure that Financials for Monthly Program Manager Review balanced with each project’s Cost Cube.
Tracked NGC, PLSC, CSD, ISD and ESS Labor through Hyperion, SAP and Business Warehouse Queries. Identified any mischarging to projects and incorrect Network establishment.
Partnered with Asset Management Organization on support of iBuy processing, P.O. and Invoice tracking. Resulted in properly de-obligating and re-absorbing unneeded project funding back to Corporate Office.
Guided Technical Staff on Project Pricing Sheets, IWO Forms, Capital Justification Request Forms and tracking AUC (Assets Under Construction) through to Capitalization. Resulted in “First Time Quality Submittals” and less rework and wasted time.
Worked on 5-Year Operating Plan. Indicated Final Cost (IFC), EACs and Ad-Hoc Reporting assignments to identify scheduled risk, track future opportunities and manage excess budget funding to mitigate program cost overruns.
Recruited by Lockheed Martin Corporation to manage NASA IT business operations and day-to-day financial transactions for Ames Research Center and Dryden Flight Research Center. Managed financial modeling of Monthly and Annual Program Budgets and EACs.
