Current Experience

Financial Analyst
Provided program controls and business management support for $5K – $20M IT Projects. Partnered with 20 different Program Managers preparing estimates and financial analyses. Identified and resolved cost discrepancies.
 Established 200 Network and Work Breakdown Structures Annually for 35 different Programs resulting in timely Labor and Material cost tracking and enabling completion of weekly and monthly Earned Value Management Analysis. Established Budget Baselines resulting in Cost Cube updates that balanced to Hyperion Budget Forecast. Resulted in 90% of all programs meeting Variance Threshold for SPI, CPI, EAC, Budget and Actuals.
 Interacted with Master Microsoft Project Schedulers to ensure Programs Budgets and Baselines are loaded properly to MSP and mirrored Performance Schedule loaded in MPM. Resulted in seamless Actuals to Budget tracking and EVMS BCWS and BCWP being accurately reported at each month-end processing cycle.
 Tracked monthly IPRS Documentation to ensure that Financials for Monthly Program Manager Review balanced with each project’s Cost Cube.
 Tracked NGC, PLSC, CSD, ISD and ESS Labor through Hyperion, SAP and Business Warehouse Queries. Identified any mischarging to projects and incorrect Network establishment.
 Partnered with Asset Management Organization on support of iBuy processing, P.O. and Invoice tracking. Resulted in properly de-obligating and re-absorbing unneeded project funding back to Corporate Office.
 Guided Technical Staff on Project Pricing Sheets, IWO Forms, Capital Justification Request Forms and tracking AUC (Assets Under Construction) through to Capitalization. Resulted in “First Time Quality Submittals” and less rework and wasted time.
 Worked on 5-Year Operating Plan. Indicated Final Cost (IFC), EACs and Ad-Hoc Reporting assignments to identify scheduled risk, track future opportunities and manage excess budget funding to mitigate program cost overruns.

Previous Experience

Recruited by Lockheed Martin Corporation to manage NASA IT business operations and day-to-day financial transactions for Ames Research Center and Dryden Flight Research Center. Managed financial modeling of Monthly and Annual Program Budgets and EACs.
 Attained 70% improvement in business productivity and process flow within 6 months by transitioning each BU Team to central location within their organization and internal customers.
 Drove $100K to the bottom-line by conducting weeklong, lunchtime, IT Blowout Sale that reduced excess-warehoused Back-up Data Drives 75%.
 Increased month-end productivity 50% by incorporating a Leaner process, linking multiple databases, and enhancing the program reporting system.
